Hamnevis Terms of use

What the service is

Hamnevis turns the audio of your meetings into a written Transcript and a structured Summary. It has three parts:

• The Chrome extension, to record online meetings in the browser, such as Skyroom and Google Meet.
• The web panel, to read, search and manage Transcripts and Summaries, and to upload the audio file of a meeting you recorded before.
• A Credit wallet, to pay for Sessions.

Your account

These rules apply to your account:

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Each account is for one person. What you give us to create it must be true.
• You sign in with a one-time code (SMS or email) or with Google.
• Keep your devices and sign-in codes safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account and the devices linked to it.
• If you think someone has access to your account without permission, sign out of all devices at once and tell support.

Recording rules

Whoever starts a recording is responsible for it. When you record:

• You must have the right to record that conversation and follow the laws that apply.
• You must tell the participants that you are recording and, where needed, get their consent.
• In Skyroom rooms, the start of recording is announced in the room chat. That announcement does not replace telling them yourself.

Credit and prices

Hamnevis is paid for in Credit, by the minute of audio:

• The rate per minute is shown on the Wallet page before you use it. A Session's cost has parts: the Transcript, each Summary style you ask for, and the live or near-live transcript if you turn it on.
• A partial minute counts as a full minute.
• Where each participant is recorded separately, the time spent speaking is charged, not the time the room was open.
• A silent recording costs nothing.
• Purchased Credit does not expire.
• A new rate applies only to Sessions that start after it changes.
• A Session without enough Credit is Held for payment: its audio is kept, it is not refused, and it is processed once Credit is added.
• Plans are not sold yet. When they are, each one's price, length and cancellation terms are shown before you buy, and are part of these terms.

Buying Credit

To buy Credit:

• The Invoice is in Toman and can be paid for 4 days. An Invoice that is not paid buys nothing.
• You pay on the page of a licensed payment gateway.
• Credit is added once the gateway confirms the payment. If money left your account and no Credit arrived, contact support.
• Coupons and gifts have their own limits and conditions, which you see when you use them. Each person can use each coupon only once.

Corrections and refunds

If you think Credit was taken by mistake or a Session was not processed properly, contact support: [ایمیل]. Support looks into it and, where you are right, gives the Credit back and, where needed, the money. You see each correction with its reason in your Wallet history.

Licenses

A License is part of your Credit that you give to someone else:

• You are responsible for whoever holds the License key, and they must follow these terms too.
• Sessions recorded with a License are paid from that License's Credit and show in your account too.
• You can add Credit to a License, take back what is left on it, or revoke it.
• The devices of a revoked License stop working at once.

Referral, signup bonus and rewards

Hamnevis sets the amount of the signup bonus, the referral reward and announcement rewards, and may change them. A reward gained through fake accounts or fraud is cancelled.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Record or upload content you have no right to, or use Hamnevis for anything unlawful.
• Try to get around the limits, prices or security of Hamnevis.
• Access Hamnevis in an automated or bulk way, or disrupt how it works.
• Reverse-engineer the extension or the service, except as far as the law allows.
• Resell or rent out access to Hamnevis without our written agreement.

Your content and our property

Your audio, Transcripts and Summaries are yours. You allow us to keep and process them only to provide the service to you; this permission ends when the content or your account is deleted.

The software, design, name and mark of Hamnevis are ours. Using Hamnevis gives you no right to them beyond using the service under these terms.

Automatic Transcripts and Summaries

Transcripts and Summaries are made automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Check their points before any important decision.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Hamnevis available, but we do not promise it will never stop. We announce planned downtime ahead in Announcements. Features of Hamnevis may change, be added or be removed.

Ending use and account suspension

You can stop using Hamnevis at any time and ask for your account to be deleted.

If an account breaks these terms, Hamnevis may suspend it. What happens to the remaining Credit of a suspended account is settled with support.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we change the date at the top and tell you about important changes before they apply, with an announcement in your account. Using Hamnevis after a change applies means you accept it.

Limits of liability, governing law and contact

Hamnevis is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect damage, lost profit or data, or decisions you made based on a Transcript or a Summary.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. If a dispute arises, raise it with support first so it can be settled by talking; otherwise the competent courts of Iran decide it.
